About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team and drive innovation through data. This role is focused on building and deploying ML models, enabling product recommendations, and unlocking customer insights that directly impact business growth. If you have strong foundations in Python, ML, and SQL — and thrive in fast-paced, product-driven environments — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deploy machine learning models to support product recommendations and personalization

Design and implement data models with SQL to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable datasets

Work on customer segmentation and forecasting use cases to enhance decision-making

Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business problems into actionable data solutions

Leverage tools like Snowflake and DBT for data transformation and model building

Communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows

Experience in SQL for data modeling and querying

Solid understanding of Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, recommendation systems)

Hands-on experience with PyTorch (or other ML frameworks)

Familiarity with Snowflake and DBT

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Background

1–3 years of applied experience in Data Science / ML

Prior experience in E-commerce (essential)

Exposure to AWS or other cloud ML platforms is desirable
