We're seeking a future team member for the role of VicePresident to join our Credit Services team. This role islocated in Pune- Hybrid(3 or 4 days in a week),Maharashtra.
Shift timings – 12:00PM to 8:30PM(In IST)
In this role, you'll make an impact inthe following ways:
- Draftingdetailed credit reviews for Treasury Services portfolio, includingassessment and establishing ACH payments and collectionlimits.
- Assessing credit worthiness,structuring credit facilities and ensuring alignment with riskpolicies and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency with credit systems, such as thecredit borrower rating system, in depth understanding of creditrating agencies and their rating methodologies. Reviews inputs fromless experienced professionals for accuracy and may provide inputon credit system best practices. May be involved in analyzing andpreparing ad hoc and standard reporting for the credit riskportfolios.
- Knowledge of Credit, Market andLiquidity Risk.
- Prepare and present creditmemos, risk ratings and recommendations to senior management andcredit committees.
- Monitor credit exposure,track portfolio performance and proactively identify any emergingrisks.
- Contributes to the development oforganization-wide projects and programs to improve risk managementfor the assigned risk discipline.
- Supervising management duties and giving instructions toteam members is crucial. Assign important tasks fairly andestablish clear expectations.
To besuccessful in this role, we're seeking thefollowing:
- 7-10 years ofexperience in credit risk management, treasury services orcorporate banking.
- Strong understanding ofcredit rating mechanisms, related tools and credit modelknowledge.
- Experience in credit underwriting,financial statement analysis, and credit structuring ispreferred.
- Strong skills in stakeholdermanagement and communication are required.
- AnMBA in Finance, CFA, FRM, or an equivalent advanced finance degreeis advantageous.
- Experience in peoplemanagement is beneficial.
