This position plays a crucial role in driving business process optimization, technology adoption, and strategic decision making. They will collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze and reengineer current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions to improve organizational productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. This position acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the business requirements are accurately captured and transferred to effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to document and map business processes, analyze them for inefficiencies, and conduct performance analysis to support improvements.Engage with clients and teams to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements. Develop through documentations such as BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, design process blueprints, and recommend improvements for inefficiencies.Collaborate with stakeholders to create customer-centric business cases detailing value propositions, benefits, and ROI for significant improvements. Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets to aid decision making and resource allocation.Provide support for process improvement initiatives by collaborating with teams, and offering documentation, training, and change management during implementation.Track success and optimize processes by establishing key performance indicators and conducting periodic reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Expertise in process mapping and reengineering, data analysis, and workflow optimization.Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders in all levels.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.Experience with business process management (BPM) tools and methodologies.Strong understanding of business case development, budgeting, and ROI analysis.3+ years experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.Familiarity in automation tools, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.Experience working in industries such as Financial Services and Healthcare is preferred.
