: Contribute in a fast- paced environment towards Antibody development & Validation R&D Manager role in new antibody development projects with vast experience in experimental planning and execution to meet the program achievement. Serve as domain expert in the field of flow cytometry, cell sorting and protein biology to provide inputs and guidance towards driving innovation and cross team collaborations. Lead team of scientists in matrix style operation, provide technical and operational supervision. Mentoring and training junior scientists in research, Design and experimental execution, interpreting data and data presentation to the collaborators. Drive ideation within teams to enable development of successful protocols for effective transfer to operation teams. Serve as domain expert in the field of protein biology to provide inputs and guidance towards driving innovation and cross team collaborations. Knowledge of product commercialization processes from concept to launch including early feasibility, development, and validation phases. Support manufacturing team for technical support and quality by providing technical guidance.

Candidate Requirement:

Education & Experience levels:

Applicants should have Masters with greater than 15 years confirmed R&D experience or PhD with greater than 7 years' experience in a life sciences field with a strong focus on structural biology, protein design, protein purification, molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology or biochemistry. Min 3-4 years of Industrial experience is required.

Nature of experience:

Extensive experience and familiarity with antibody or protein engineering, rational design, and molecular biology using tools and methodologies of structural biology and protein modeling and visualization tools such as Pymol, Shrodinger, Discovery Studio or other such programs. Experience in the field of molecular biology, protein expression, protein purification, and protein-protein interaction, protein structure -function relationships, and immunogen designs. Expertise in development of conjugation chemistries or performing antibody conjugations is desired Expertise in Flow cytometry and other sorting techniques Ability to provide technical trouble shooting to resolve scientific problems. Proficient in software or platforms for molecular biology and sequence analysis, MS Office and statistical software such as GraphPad Prism. Authorship of peer-reviewed publications with post-doctoral experience and a strong, independent understanding of standard and emerging research protocols and techniques are preferred. GLP experience is a must. Prior team management experience preferred.
