Role : R&D Lab Systems Support Engineer &Java developer Location: Pan India Experience:6-10 Yrs Interview Mode : virtual Work mode : Hybrid Job type: C2H Immediate Joiner's +15 Day's JOB DESCRIPTION : Technical Experience: • 6 to 10 years of experience with Java and application development/support. • Working knowledge of PL/SQL - preferable database Oracle, Postgres. • Any one of these R&D Lab systems (LIMS, Instruments, Mosaic, Empower, OpenLab). • Experience with supporting RESTful/SOA services. • Analytical and debugging skill is a must. • Experience working with a Weblogic and IIS server. • Exposure to ITIL Framework, understanding of the incident, problem, change and release management process. • Troubleshooting and good development experience with Oracle or any other RDBMS • Experience working on IT Service management tools like Service Now, Remedy, JIRA or Service Manager. • Liaise with multiple stakeholders including users, infrastructure/middleware teams, 3rd party software vendors to resolve issues and potential process improvements. • Clear and concise communication, written and verbal. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across team boundaries. Supplementary Experience: (Useful additional skills) • No-code / Low-code platforms (Power Automate etc.) • Familiarity with life sciences (Pharma) domain concepts, workflow and terminology • Knowledge /education in Science or specifically in Chemistry/Compound Management in R&D. • Mindset to support business critical applications • Experience in setting up and managing application environments. • Experience working with global teams • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment • Logical mind with keen analytical skills.
