Role Overview: As a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition , you will lead our recruitment efforts, focusing primarily on sourcing and hiring top talent within the advertising and digital marketing industry. This role demands a strategic and proactive approach to talent acquisition, with a supportive role in people operations to enhance our workplace culture. 70% Talent Acquisition: Driving end-to-end recruitment processes. 30% People Operations: Supporting basic HR initiatives and contributing to a positive workplace environment. What you'll do: Talent Acquisition (70%) Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the advertising and digital marketing sector. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job portals, social media, and industry events. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Conduct candidate assessments, manage offer negotiations, and ensure a seamless onboarding process. People Operations (30%) Support basic HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee engagement activities, and development programs. Assist in maintaining company policies and contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture. Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences and support new hire orientations. Participate in employee well-being initiatives, recognition programs, and company events. Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR tasks as needed. Continuously assess and adopt AI tools to automate repetitive HR tasks, improve employee data analytics, and support strategic HR decision-making. What you'll need: Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within an advertising or digital marketing agency. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies for advertising agencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage high-volume hiring with a proactive and organized approach. Familiarity with HR software, ATS, and recruitment tools.
