This role combines Account-Based Marketing (ABM) expertise with end-to-end campaign management across LinkedIn, Google, and other paid channels.You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that engage the right accounts, generate qualified pipeline, and support overall revenue growth — with a strong focus on the domestic and international market.What We’re Looking For2 – 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on expertise in ABM OR Paid Ads preferably LinkedIn Ads.Proven experience running campaigns for domestic or international market – understanding of audience behavior, messaging nuances, and channel dynamics.Strong command over LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads platforms.Proven track record of running campaigns that deliver measurable results (leads, MQLs, pipeline influence).Analytical mindset with proficiency in using campaign dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Exposure to MarTech tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, 6sense, etc.) is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute ABM programs targeting strategic accounts – from account selection to personalized campaign orchestration.Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels – from setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, to performance optimization.Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and nurture flows tailored to target accounts.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to maximize ROI.Own campaign reporting – track KPIs such as CTR, CPL, pipeline influenced, and revenue attribution.Stay updated on latest MarTech, AdTech, and ABM trends to continuously improve strategies.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on global campaigns with a fast-growing MarTech leader.Be part of a data-driven, high-impact marketing team driving real business outcomes.Flat hierarchy, fast decision-making, and room for experimentation.Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.
