From bookkeeping and financial reporting to catch-up accounting and ongoing compliance, we function as a reliable offshore extension of your finance team, delivering accuracy, timeliness, and insights for smarter decision-making.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager located in Delhi, India. The Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Responsibilities also include managing and training a team of accountants, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and providing insights to support decision-making. The Manager will liaise with international clients and leverage cloud-based platforms for efficient service delivery.QualificationsExperience with cloud-based accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuiteProficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication skills for liaising with international clientsAbility to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulationsRelevant qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalentExperience in the accounting industry for US and UK businesses is a plusBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldIndustryAccountingEmployment TypeFull-time
