Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Someone who understands the agency landscape: branding, strategy, content, social and knows how to lead value-driven conversations, not just service pitches. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content, etc.) Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Email Marketing and LinkedIn Outreach: Plan and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and nurture potential clients through the sales funnel.
  • Proposal Development: Creating compelling and customised proposals that showcase the agency's capabilities and demonstrate how they can address the client's specific needs.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to generate leads.Schedule and conduct calls to understand client needs and pitch relevant services.
  • Sales Process Management: Leading new business pitches, owning proposals and closing deals. Overseeing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, often working with senior team members to manage risks.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of prospects and communications using CRM tools.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform outreach and positioning.

Eligibility:

  • Eligibility: A recent graduate or current student in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0–1 years of work/internship experience in business development, sales, marketing, or similar.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing client needs and challenges. 
  • Time Management and Organisation: Managing multiple leads and tasks effectively. 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident client-facing approach
  • Understanding of digital marketing services, trends, and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise leads, and meet monthly targets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
