We are seeking a specialized Senior Affiliate Manager to aggressively scale our clients' revenue streams within the highly competitive Nutrition Sector.

This role requires a deep understanding of performance metrics, strict regulatory compliance, and the ability to manage a high-volume network of health, wellness, and supplement affiliates.

The Role: Revenue & Compliance Leader

You will own the entire affiliate marketing channel for Throttll’s Nutra clients, acting as the primary strategist, recruiter, and compliance gatekeeper. Your core mission is to drive profitable customer acquisition while ensuring zero tolerance for FTC or FDA violations related to health claims and testimonials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth & Optimization

• Performance Scaling: Develop, execute, and manage the full affiliate lifecycle, focusing on scaling profitable volume across CPA and RevShare models in the supplement, vitamin, and health niches.
• Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the in-house design and content teams to produce high-converting, compliant pre-landers and creative assets tailored specifically for affiliate media buyers.
• Negotiation: Negotiate superior payout structures and placement terms with top-tier affiliates, ensuring high ROI and brand protection.
• Budget Management: Accurately forecast performance and manage affiliate budget spend to maximize efficiency and hit monthly revenue targets.

2. Compliance & Quality Assurance (CRITICAL)

• Vetting & Auditing: Conduct rigorous compliance vetting of all new affiliate applications and perform routine audits of existing partners to ensure strict adherence to FTC and FDA guidelines regarding health claims, disclaimers, and use of testimonials.
• Fraud Mitigation: Utilize affiliate tracking software to detect, investigate, and proactively eliminate fraudulent traffic (bot activity, cookie stuffing) to protect the client’s brand reputation and prevent high chargeback rates.
• Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the internal expert on affiliate compliance, providing guidance to the marketing team on acceptable language and promotional methods in the Nutra space.

3. Network Management & Reporting

• Recruitment: Actively recruit high-quality affiliates, including media buyers, high-traffic health blogs, and specialized review portals, to diversify traffic sources.
• Reporting: Deliver in-depth weekly and monthly performance reports detailing key metrics (EPC, conversion rate, traffic quality, LTV analysis) and strategic recommendations for the next cycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years of demonstrable experience specifically managing affiliate programs within the Nutraceuticals (Supplements, Health & Wellness), Diet/Weight Loss, or Pharma lead-gen sectors.
• Expert knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, HasOffers, Impact Radius) and advanced analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Deep, up-to-date understanding of FTC (Federal Trade Commission) guidelines regarding affiliate disclosures, product claims, and online advertising laws.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume affiliate relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategy.

Highly Desired Expertise (A Strong Advantage)

• Experience in international affiliate markets (beyond North America).
• Familiarity with chargeback prevention tools and strategies common in the Nutra industry.
• Background in media buying or hands-on experience setting up native ad campaigns.
