Our services include end-to-end software development, strategic IT consulting, and remote engineering talent to support and enhance in-house teams.This is a remote position.We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Laravel and Vue.js. You will join a dynamic, remote-first environment where your proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and end-to-end ownership of your work will drive significant impact. We expect high productivity and a long-term commitment to growing alongside our exciting projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications using Laravel (PHP) and Vue.js.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with high test coverage.Own features from conceptualization through deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.Proactively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders in a remote setup.Contribute to database design, optimization, and effective backend architecture.Identify bottlenecks and proactively suggest and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.Stay current with emerging trends, particularly around AI and large language models (LLMs), to contribute innovative solutions.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of professional experience with Laravel and Vue.js.Strong proficiency in PHP and JavaScript, including modern ES6+ features.Good hands-on experience with AI and LLM.Proven ability to work independently and proactively, especially in a remote work environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong interpersonal skills and self-driven work ethic.Commitment to long-term project growth and success.Availability to work aligned with Central European Time (CET).Ability to immediately join the team (preferred).Nice to Have:Previous experience in Fintech or financial services.Exposure to the shipping or maritime industries.Prior experience working within a startup environment.Benefits:Remote-first, flexible working hours within CET timezone.Competitive salary package and benefits.Opportunity to directly interact and collaborate with international clients.A culture that supports continuous learning, professional development, and certifications.Join a vibrant and rapidly evolving startup environment, providing opportunities for career growth and professional development.
