About the Role

The role involves designing and delivering training programs for new hires, focusing on product knowledge, soft skills, and process orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for new hires, focusing on product knowledge, soft skills, and process orientation.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas of improvement for employees' skill development.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to product quality, customer satisfaction, or employee performance.
  • Provide coaching sessions to improve communication skills among team members.

Qualifications

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 1-6 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in KPI analysis (KPI), OJT (On-the-job training), TNA (Training Needs Analysis), TNI (Training Needs Identification).

Pay range and compensation package: UPTO 4.5-4.8LPA
