Your responsibilities will includemanaging learners, resolving their day-to-day queries, facilitating their onboarding process, andmaintaining accurate attendance data.Key Responsibilities: Manage the learner experience on AAFT Online, ensuring high levels of engagement andsatisfaction. Facilitate the onboarding process for new learners, providing guidance and support asthey navigate the platform. Monitor and track learner attendance, ensuring compliance with program requirementsand deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address learner concerns and enhance theoverall learning experience. Analyze learner feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implementsolutions accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online education to continuouslyenhance program effectiveness.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from any relevant field. Proven experience in program management, preferably in the Edtech industry. Strong understanding of learner-centric principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectivelywith learners and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in learning management systems and related software applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
