Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Coordinator – Placement & Internships located in Mumbai. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and academic institutions, facilitating internships and placement opportunities for program beneficiaries, and providing guidance to participants. The Coordinator will oversee placements, manage student records, and organize career advancement workshops and events to enhance employability. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication capabilities for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Customer Service and Recruiting experience to build and maintain relationships with partners and ensure successful placements. Knowledge and experience in the Education sector, including developing career advancement strategies and resources. A proactive and organized approach, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field. Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar role such as: Corporate Relations/Placement Officer in a reputed university/college. Talent Acquisition/Recruitment professional with strong client-facing experience. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) executive with a focus on education/employability.
