Role Summary

The Sales Lead will lead the growth and promotion of premium airport Meet & Greet services, focusing on client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation. This role demands a blend of hospitality expertise, sales acumen, and operational coordination to deliver seamless passenger experiences.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute sales plans to expand Meet & Greet service adoption

Identify and pursue B2B and B2C opportunities (airlines, corporates, travel agencies)

Collaborate with pricing and marketing teams to launch targeted campaigns

  • Client Engagement & Partnerships

Build relationships with airport authorities, airlines, travel agents, and corporate clients

Customize service offerings to meet client needs and enhance value propositions

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets

  • Market Intelligence & Innovation

Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to refine service strategy

Recommend service enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand

  • Team Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Support training initiatives for frontline staff to maintain service excellence

  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Track sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Prepare monthly reports and present performance insights to senior management.


Qualifications & Skills

Education :

Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, or Aviation Management

Experience :

8–10 years in sales, preferably in airport services or hospitality

Skills :

CRM tools, negotiation, presentation, strategic planning

Attributes :

Customer-focused, proactive, well-groomed, adaptable, team leader
