About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can drive brand engagement, create impactful content, and scale our presence across Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, and X (Twitter). This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and trend-spotting to keep our social channels dynamic and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize & execute social media strategies to drive engagement, reach, and growth across all platforms.
  • Plan, create, and manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Monitor and leverage topical trends, memes, and viral content to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
  • Work closely with the design and video teams to develop high-quality creatives, reels, carousels, and video content.
  • Optimize content for each platform, ensuring best practices for Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve engagement.
  • Engage with the community—respond to comments, DMs, and discussions to build relationships with the audience.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, tools, and trends to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
  • Ability to think creatively and execute engaging topical and trend-driven content.
  • Basic experience with design tools like Canva, CapCut, or video editing software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing social media metrics and making insights-based decisions.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple platforms efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
