About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in product design, surface design, and electro-mechanical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving products that align with performance, quality, and compliance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions that bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical and electro-mechanical products with a focus on surface design and manufacturability.
  • Create and review detailed CAD models, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with electronics, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, design validation, and testing to meet functional and safety requirements.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant ISO and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize designs for cost, performance, and reliability.
  • Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting during the product development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in product design and development.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar).
  • Strong expertise in surface design and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and best practices in product development.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFMEA methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing.
  • Exposure to simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) is a plus.
