About the FoundersAjay Singh (Co-founder and CEO) has 17 years of GTM and Product Leadership experience in India and the US. He is an alumnus of Michigan State University, ISB, and IIT Roorkee.
Abhinandan Sahgal (Co-founder and CTO) has 14 years of Engineering and Product Leadership experience. He joined Tekion Corp as a Founding Engineer and exited as Senior Director – Engineering & Architecture, earning multiple patents.
As an Account Executive (Sales Rep) , you will be the driving force behind our Revenue Goals and Customer Excellence .
Responsibilities Detective-Level Prospecting- Identify ideal clients through advanced research and inbound leads
- Qualify leads with sharp questioning and pattern recognition
- Run high-impact meetings and demos for stakeholders at all levels
- Craft compelling value propositions to win over decision-makers
- Build long-term relationships across org hierarchies
- Become the trusted advisor clients look forward to hearing from
- Strategize around pain points and position the product as a solution
- Drive deals to close while maximizing value
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
- Ensure a seamless pre-sale to post-sale transition
- Manage deals with efficiency and accuracy using CRM tools
- Keep your pipeline updated and flowing smoothly
- Stay updated with SaaS and AI industry trends
- Be the go-to expert for how our product fits into evolving buyer needs
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while delivering value
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), with 1–2 years of successful sales experience
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English across LinkedIn, phone, and email
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to understand problems and offer creative solutions
- Tech Tools Proficiency: Hands-on with Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Intent tools
- Ambition: Self-starter with a strong desire to grow into sales leadership
- US Market Experience: Interact with CROs, VPs, and senior leaders at top B2B SaaS firms
