Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in recruiting top talent for a variety of roles. This position plays a critical part in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment, building relationships with hiring managers, and successfully closing high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level positions across various departments. Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics. Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation. Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive interview process. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Utilize metrics and data to drive improvements in the recruitment process and reduce time-to-hire. Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs. Assist in improving recruitment strategies, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion goals are met. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full-cycle talent acquisition. Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of positions, including technical, non-technical, and leadership roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview methods. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.
