  • Provide exceptional patient care through empathetic communication. 

Content Creation & Media Engagement: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create informative and engaging medical content for blogs, articles, social media, and videos. 
  • Participate in webinars, live sessions, or media interviews as a medical expert to promote healthcare awareness and services. 

Healthcare Knowledge & Innovation: 

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in healthcare, particularly in e-pharmacy and telemedicine. 
  • Contribute ideas to enhance our telemedicine and e-pharmacy offerings. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of medical expertise into business processes. 
  • Train and support other staff members to maintain quality healthcare standards. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree (valid MCI registration is mandatory). 
  • Prior experience or interest in working in e-pharmacy/telemedicine is highly preferred. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients. 
  • Passion for content creation—writing, video creation, or participating in media campaigns is a plus. 
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to telemedicine platforms and tools. 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (additional regional languages are a bonus).
