Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Architect / Landscape Architect to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the design process and developing detailed BIM models for a variety of prestigious projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the US, including residential, luxury resorts, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality construction documentation.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit, utilizing its full capabilities to create detailed and accurate building models and construction drawings.
  •  Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
  •  Conduct thorough reviews of construction documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Landscape Architects, Architects and Interior Designers to develop and refine architectural models with help of BIM Modeler
  • Follow the BIM execution plans for projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
  • Create accurate and comprehensive 3D models through including Landscape elements, building elements, finishes, and furniture.
  • Conduct clash detection and participate in design coordination meetings to resolve conflicts.
  • Generate high-quality construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, from the BIM model.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and software updates.
  • Contribute to the overall success of projects by meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as Architect or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Landscape Architectur e, Architectural & Interior design principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Working knowledge of building codes and regulations (relevant to specific country/region is a plus).
  • Experience with other BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD) is a plus.

Good to Have:

  •  Experience with parametric design and scripting languages (e.g., Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper).
