Inside Sales – Alumni Relations (MBA, 1–3 Years Exp., ₹7–8 LPA)Key Responsibilities- Drive alumni engagement through active outreach, networking, and regular communication via calls, emails, and social platforms.- Strategically manage the alumni database and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities.- Support relationship-building by organizing online alumni events, webinars, and networking sessions.- Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the alumni network.- Act as a bridge between alumni and institutional teams, gathering feedback and channeling queries to relevant stakeholders.- Achieve monthly targets for engagement and business development initiatives through effective inside sales techniques. Required Skills and Qualifications- MBA (full-time) in Business, Marketing, or equivalent from a recognized institute.- 1–3 years’ experience in inside sales, business development, or alumni relations.- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.- Experience working with CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn outreach, and data entry.- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.Preferred Skills- Experience in ed-tech, education management, or similar sectors.- Experience conducting online events/webinars.- Skill in content creation, newsletter coordination, or alumni communications.Compensation- Annual CTC: ₹7–8 lakhs, plus performance-based incentives.
