You will serve as the product expert during the sales cycle, bridging business needs with technical capability and ensuring a seamless transition from presales to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Discovery & EngagementCollaborate with Sales / Business Development teams to assess, qualify, and scope opportunities.Lead discovery meetings, workshops, and product demonstrations with pharma customers.Analyze current-state processes of Microbiology in pharma manufacturing and define future-state workflows.Solution Mapping & Product DemonstrationsTranslate customer requirements into tailored product configurations, solution architectures, and value pathways.Showcase solution capabilities through demos, PoCs, and scenario-based walkthroughs.Present clear value propositions—business impact, ROI, compliance benefits, and differentiators.Proposal Creation & Technical ValidationBuild detailed technical/functional proposals and solution documentation.Address customer objections with data-backed, domain-relevant responses.Provide case studies, references, and benchmark insights to strengthen customer confidence.Industry, Product & Competitive ExpertiseMaintain strong understanding of GxP requirements, pharma workflows, and emerging digital trends.Track competitor products, industry shifts, and regulatory updates to enhance solution positioning.Sales Enablement & Internal CollaborationContribute to sales collateral—presentations, whitepapers, ROI models, technical briefs, and success stories.Train internal teams on product capabilities, domain nuances, and value messaging.Support product teams with market insights and customer feedback.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in pharmacy is the first preference, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related fields.1–4 years of experience in Presales / Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering within a product-based software company.Prior exposure to pharmaceutical/life sciences workflows, GxP systems, or regulated industry software in Microbiology is a must.Strong understanding of enterprise software, business processes, and solution mapping.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Why Join Us? - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital solutions in the GxP domain. - High-impact role with direct influence on business growth. - Collaborative work environment with strong learning and development opportunities.
