Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Pre-Sales & Solutioning)

Location: Noida Office


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst who combines business analysis, technical solutioning, and pre-sales expertise with the ability to lead end-to-end technical discussions. The ideal candidate will have significant exposure to the US and European markets, understand complex client business requirements, and convert them into robust Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft winning proposals and support the full sales cycle.


Key Responsibilities


Business Discovery & Solutioning

- Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications, data models, and solution architectures.

- Recommend the most suitable Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.) and ecosystem tools.

- Lead end-to-end technical conversations — from platform capabilities and integration strategy to data migration and security considerations.


Pre-Sales & Deal Support

- Collaborate with sales teams to create impactful proposals, RFP responses, and technical solution decks.

- Deliver tailored client demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops to showcase Salesforce capabilities.

- Provide clear technical scope, effort estimates, and solution guidance to help secure client buy-in.

- Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, addressing technical questions confidently.


Documentation & Delivery Transition

- Prepare comprehensive functional and technical proposals, high-level architecture diagrams, and effort estimates.

- Act as the bridge between sales, technical architects, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project kick-offs.


Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Pre-Sales Consultant.

- Proven exposure to US and European markets, with an understanding of sales cycles, compliance expectations, and cultural nuances.

- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce — capable of discussing data architecture, integrations, APIs, security model, and scalability considerations with client technical teams.

- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, AppExchange solutions).

- Hands-on experience creating client demos, solution prototypes, and technical proposals.

- Strong sales and presentation skills with a track record of supporting enterprise CRM deals.

- Ability to scope, estimate, and define technical solutions for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at both C-level and technical stakeholder levels.
