About Us: LearningMate/Straive and MGT Impact Solutions, LLC (MGT) have established a strategic global partnership designed to deliver world-class advisory, technology, and operational solutions for public sector and education clients. Through this partnership, LearningMate/Straive serves as a key hiring and onboarding partner for MGT, enabling access to a diverse pool of global talent and specialized resources. New roles are sourced and hired in close coordination between both organizations, with LearningMate/Straive managing recruitment, onboarding, and initial training. Key Responsibilities:Demonstrates advanced communications skills required in technical role. Ability to lead technical discussions with team and customers.Excellent collaboration with other engineers and PMO on project. Works closely with PM and customer to ensure full customer trust and satisfaction.Successfully works and manages multiple projects in a timely manner.Demonstrates the advanced ability to manage and develop TSG technical documentation, deliverables and workbooks.Advanced knowledge and skills needed to configure, troubleshooting, and manage enterprise networksCan implement advanced security principles, implement automation and programmability within an enterprise networkDemonstrates the advanced ability to plan, design and lead a large project with multiple technology types and advanced solution setsPossess an advanced ability to re-configure and configure platforms in a holistic mannerCan implement changes and perform change control mechanisms with the ability to fully test outcomesDemonstrates the advanced ability to lead large projects when assigned, from beginning to end.Manages all aspects of design, prep, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and customer sign-off.Excellent technical collaboration with other engineers and PMO during projects driving the technical aspects of project to ensure trust and satisfaction.All certifications will need to be approved by the TSG hiring manager.Required Qualifications:At least one of the following criteria needs to be met:Holds and agrees to maintain (3) or more TSG approved manufacturer associate level certification(s). in different technological tracks.Examples would be Cisco CCNA, Aruba ACSA, and ACMA. Holds and agrees to maintain one TSG approved Professional Level Certification. Examples of these would be Cisco CCNP, ARUBA ACSP. Demonstrates the experience level equivalent to (3) TSG approved associate level certification or (1) approved professional level certification. This may be applied to meet engineering’s tier level and will need to be validated and approved by the TSG hiring manager.Certifications:Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP), or equivalent level manufacturers (Aruba, HPE, Juniper)Multi manufacturer associate level certifications (CCNA, ACSA) Juniper, Aruba Cisco.What We Offer: As part of LearningMate/Straive’s partnership with MGT Impact Solutions, you will engage with nationally respected teams in management consulting, social impact advisory, and technology services.
