Role Overview:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our Mohali team. This full-time, on-site role involves architectural design, software development, integration, and project management. The architect will collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to provide expert guidance and autonomous solutions for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design and development for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and platforms.
  • Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and client stakeholders.
  • Provide expert consultation and best practices for ServiceNow architecture and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong architectural design and software development skills.
  • Experience in ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Expertise in integration and implementation of enterprise solutions.
  • Proven project management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
