Role OverviewTempleton & Partners is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer who brings not only strong design capability, but also a positive, collaborative presence to our workplace. This role sits at the heart of our global marketing team and supports stakeholders across regions with high-quality, on-brand creative execution. We are seeking someone who enjoys working in an office environment, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in creating visually compelling work that supports business outcomes.Key Criteria (In Order of Importance)1. Positive Office Presence & Culture ContributionMust be locally based and comfortable working from the office 4 days a week (9 AM – 6 PM).Brings a positive, energetic, and collaborative attitude to the workplace.Enjoys being part of an engaged, high-performing team and contributes to a strong office culture.Comfortable interacting with colleagues across countries, teams and seniority levels.2. Strong Graphic Design Capability5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in B2B, professional services, staffing, or consulting environments.Strong ability to interpret briefs from global stakeholders and translate them into clear, effective design outputs.Proven experience creating:Presentations and pitch decksMarketing collateral (brochures, one-pagers, case studies)Digital assets (social media, email banners, website visuals)Internal communication materialsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand execution.3. Events Design & On-Ground SupportHands-on experience supporting corporate events including:ConferencesLeadership offsitesClient events and internal celebrationsComfortable with end-to-end event design support, including:Event brandingCollateral creation (backdrops, signage, invites, presentations)On-site coordination and support during eventsWillingness to attend and support events in person when required.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn creative execution across all marketing and internal communication initiatives.Collaborate closely with marketing, leadership, and global stakeholders.Design high-quality assets aligned to Templeton’s brand guidelines.Support event planning and execution with strong visual storytelling.Manage creative timelines and priorities across multiple projects.Continuously improve design quality, consistency, and efficiency.Tools & SkillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).Basic understanding of digital design best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Templeton & PartnersWork closely with a global leadership and marketing team.Be part of a fast-growing, international organisation.Opportunity to own and shape Templeton’s visual identity.Strong, collaborative office culture with real impact and visibility.Exposure to global markets, events, and leadership communications.Templeton & Partners has 8 global offices serving 40 different countries.
