Help us shape the vacuum world of the future.ResponsibilitiesDevelop impactful designs and oversee the entire creative process – from concept to final artwork – according to given guidelinesDesign all visual aspects of the Busch Group brands (“Busch Vacuum Solutions”, “Pfeiffer Vacuum + Fab Solutions”): from UX design for classic interfaces to motion graphics for video channels, as well as traditional print and editorial design – in line with brand specificationsMaintain daily communication between the in-house design agency and local marketing teams across more than 40 subsidiaries worldwideCoordinate external service providers and creative partnersWork in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001 standards and apply LEAN methodologyAccurately document all completed work and design activitiesRequirementsCompleted education in media design or a comparable qualificationCreativity, a strong sense of style, and conceptual strength, even under tight deadlinesCuriosity, sense of ownership, independence, and a hands-on mentalityProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applicationsVery good command of English (spoken and written) – essentialAt least three years of experience in an agency or a comparable professional environmentWillingness to take on additional tasks in line with qualifications and skills
