Job Description:

- We are seeking a Business Development Manager specializing in US Staffing to join our growing team.

- This role focuses on expanding our presence in the US staffing market.

- The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network, industry knowledge, and strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and provide top-tier staffing solutions to US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

- Use your existing relationships and network to secure new US-based clients in the IT staffing industry.

- Develop and execute effective strategies for business development and client acquisition specifically in the US staffing market.

- Drive lead generation through various channels such as networking, cold calling and referrals.

- Manage end-to-end client interactions including requirements gathering, client coordination, account management, and escalation management.

- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all US clients and arrange meetings between senior management and potential clients to discuss opportunities and business expansion.

Relationship Building:

- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing US clients.

- Understand client staffing needs, business challenges, and goals to provide tailored staffing solutions.

- Continuously monitor client satisfaction and expand business within existing accounts.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in US IT staffing, including a strong focus on client acquisition, account management, and deal closures.

- Proven success in generating business and growing client relationships in the US staffing sector.

- In-depth knowledge of the US staffing market, pricing models, industry trends, and client expectations.
