Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts from end to end, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle of recruitment efforts as and when required. Assist in recruitment processes of sourcing, screening, shortlisting and scheduling.- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.Assist in developing and executing policies and necessary compliance related training.- Be the SPOC for all visa related queries and processes.- Manage and be the primary backup for all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, employee performance, exit and upkeep of all benefits records.- Responsible for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience- Manage all queries, grievances, feedback and suggestions from employees.- Assist in administering benefits, reward programs and employee engagement programs

Key Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field- Proven success working in an HR department with 4+ years of experience- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Strong understanding of HR recruitment process and experience in managing recruitment process preferably in the supply chain domain.- Knowledge of US Visa process is a good to have- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail- Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
