The associate will also collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and support client acquisition goals.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsProficiency in Cold calling and Lead GenerationExperience in Training and Sales ManagementGoal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skillsBasic proficiency in CRM tools or sales-related software is advantageousA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferredCompensation: INR 35000-45000/monthPlus commission
