Position : Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 1 year of experience in public relations, preferably within the fashion industry. This role focuses on celebrity and influencer placements, requiring a creative mindset and excellent organizational skills.

Job Summary

We're looking for trend-savvy, proactive individuals to join our Influencer Relations team. If you live and breathe fashion, love curating the perfect look, and have a pulse on influencer culture, this role is for you.

As part of our team, you'll work at the intersection of fashion and influence—building relationships with top digital creators, styling them in our clients' pieces, and ensuring every collaboration aligns with brand and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating Sourcing Requests:

  • Identify and coordinate clients' outfits, jewellery, accessories, and shoes for influencer/celebrity collaborations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of influencers/celebrity stylists.
  • Ensure timely delivery of fashion items to influencers.

2. Influencer Coordination:

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and their styling/management teams.
  • Understand celebrity/ influencers' personal styles and preferences to provide tailored recommendations.

3. Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute influencer campaigns.
  • Track and manage inventory of clients' products used in campaigns.
  • Ensure all collaborations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

4. Trend Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and industry news.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the team based on trend analysis.

5. Other Tasks:

  • Manage deliverables with influencers.
  • Prepare reports on the performance and reach of influencer/celebrity collaborations.
  • Handle logistical issues that arise during the sourcing and delivery process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year of work experience in fashion PR, influencer marketing, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and brands.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
