SAP SuccessFactors LMS ConsultantLearning Management System AdministrationMaintain and administer the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System including user accounts permissions and rolesEnsure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating course information catalogs and training recordsMonitor system performance troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical support when necessaryUpload and manage elearning content ensuring compatibility with SCORM and other standardsCollaborate with subject matter experts to design deliver and optimize training materialsIntegrate external learning resources and thirdparty content into the LMSProvide user training and technical support to employees managers and administrators on LMS functionalitiesDevelop and deliver training sessions guides and resources to maximize LMS utilizationRespond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerGenerate reports and dashboards to track employee learning progress and training completionAnalyze data to identify trends gaps and areas for improvement in learning initiativesSupport compliance reporting and audit processes as neededEvaluate LMS workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiencyStay uptodate on SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry best practices to ensure optimal system usageCollaborate with HR and IT teams to align the LMS with broader organizational goalsQualifications and SkillsBachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or related fieldRelevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are preferredProven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management or similar LMS platformsKnowledge of SCORM AICC and xAPI standards for elearning contentProficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsStrong understanding of system integrations and troubleshootingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problemsolving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneouslySkillsMandatory Skills : SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio)
