We are currently looking to hire a SAP ABAP HR HCM Consultant.

Location : India (Remote).

Experience : 8+ years.

Contract : 12 months, extendable.

Shift APAC : Shift 7 am to 4 pm IST.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming specific to HR functionalities.

- Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, TM).

- Experience in SAP HCM configuration and schema processing.

- Familiarity with HR data structures, infotypes, and cluster tables.

- Hands-on experience with debugging, performance tuning, and enhancements.

- Exposure to SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR solutions is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance HR-related custom programs, reports, workflows, and interfaces using ABAP.

- Develop solutions for HR modules like PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PY (Payroll), and TM (Time Management).

- Manage HR-specific objects like infotypes, clusters, and schema enhancement using ABAP.

- Work on HR-specific tools like LSMW, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits.

- Understand HR processes such as Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle, Payroll, and Time Management.

- Configure HCM modules, including schema modifications, custom workflows, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

- Work on integration with third-party systems using IDOCs, OData, or other APIs.

- Develop analytical reports using ABAP Queries, ALV reports, and SAP HANA views.
