At Novozymes, Business Finance is responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as partnering towards various business areas to help drive performance, value creation and profitability in close collaboration with the global Division Leadership Teams.
 
Business Finance Partner with CFO mindset driving financial performance and value creation
As part of Business Finance, you will help empower people, enable decision making and create the agility that will strengthen Novozymes' competitive edge. You will take part in setting and driving the financial agenda across various functions. Furthermore, you will engage with Business Finance leadership closely in driving the team's performance.
In this role you'll make an impact by:
Partnering with various VP"s across Commercial organizations, R&D, SBT(Strategic Business Transformation) and PSB (People, sustainability and Brand) divisions. You will drive the Capacity Cost Controlling and planning processes through the year in line with Annual wheel: Collaborate with Business finance director and drive Business Review Meetings to provide consolidated view of forecast for the VP areas Support the Annual budget process by collaborating with Line of Business to build the anchor budget package for VP / EVP approval. Participation in projects and initiatives undertaken by the team to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the process. Delivering accurate forecasts, powerful business analysis and insight, timely and valuable reporting on performance Create detailed transparency around operating costs, Org change related impacts and P&L related synergies Proactively contribute to ad hoc finance- and business projects in the region and globally To succeed as Business Finance Partner below are the desired qualifications and Competencies: You hold a master's degree in Commerce/ Finance / Business Administration, OR any equivalent degree (CA/ICWA) and have a minimum of 5 years of multi-national experience within Business Finance or an analytical function Practical experience with financial management reporting and with budgets preferred. Ability to deliver on stakeholder expectations and drive projects on need basis You approach challenges in a structured and analytical way – you can work detailed but still communicate the holistic picture clearly Novozymes Offers
