The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and maintaining Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction specialists. Responsibilities include developing detailed construction drawings, coordinating with MEP systems, and ensuring model compliance with industry standards. The role requires close attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.QualificationsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, tools, and processesKnowledge of architecture and experience developing detailed construction drawingsCompetence in Modeling and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system coordinationFamiliarity with the AECO industry, including an understanding of construction methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical drawing capabilitiesEffective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teamsRelevant certifications in BIM software or completion of a related technical program is a plus
