Technical Project Manager

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager who combines strong project leadership capabilities with hands-on technical expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and React.js . The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of web and application development projects while guiding engineering teams, ensuring code quality, and enabling seamless client collaboration. Location: Hyderabad/ Mohali/ Kochi Timings: 12 PM- PM IST Key Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management Lead and manage full project lifecycle from planning to deployment and post-release support. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans. Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across multiple parallel projects. Manage end-to-end project transitions, including knowledge transfer, process alignment, and seamless handover from client or incumbent vendors. Technical Leadership Provide architectural guidance and technical direction to engineering teams. Review and validate solution designs, code quality, and system architecture. Support development teams working on Node.js , TypeScript , and React.js applications. Troubleshoot technical issues and help resolve complex engineering challenges. Team Collaboration Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies. Mentor and guide team members on best engineering and project practices. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories. Provide regular project updates, reports, and communication on status, risks, and dependencies. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Process & Quality Implement and maintain Agile/Scrum best practices. Drive improvements in development workflows, CI/CD, and quality standards. Ensure documentation, coding standards, and project governance are consistently followed. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall experience, including 2–4 years in a Technical Project Manager or Technical Lead role. Strong hands-on knowledge of Node.js , TypeScript , and React.js . Proven experience managing web application or software development projects. Solid understanding of API development, microservices, frontend frameworks, and cloud environments. Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud platforms. Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL. Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform). PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications (added advantage).
