We provide end-to-end renewable energy solutions, bringing innovation, reliability, and sustainable technology to homes, businesses, and industries.We are now looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our expanding team and strengthen our people operations.Role OverviewThe HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and organisational development. The ideal candidate will help build a strong company culture, streamline HR processes, and support overall business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment for all departments (Technical, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Admin).Develop HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks aligned with labour laws.Manage employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.Support management in performance reviews and goal-setting processes.Build a positive work culture through engagement activities and team development initiatives.Handle employee grievances and maintain a healthy workplace environment.Assist in organisational planning, manpower forecasting, and process improvement.Ensure HR documentation, agreements, and statutory compliance are maintained accurately.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or Master's (HR or Business Administration preferred).2–5 years of HR experience (experience in Solar/Technical/Renewable energy firms is a plus).Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.Knowledge of HRMS tools and basic MS Office.What We OfferCompetitive salaryProfessional growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding solar & EV sectorSupportive work cultureLearning and development opportunitiesChance to work with India’s leading renewable energy brands
