We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager.

This position is for Pune Location.

You'll make a difference by:


• Taking responsibility for the overall delivery of ITservices, ensuring that IT strategy is effectively executed, budgets areefficiently managed, and service levels meet or exceed expectations. Effectivelymanaging and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure.


• This role encompasses leadership in both IT operations andasset management, with a strong focus on strategic execution, budget planning,service management, and IT portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

1) IT Strategy Execution:


•Lead theimplementation of IT strategy across the organization.


•Ensurealignment of IT projects with business goals and objectives.


•Drivecontinuous improvement in IT processes and services.

2) IT Budget Planning:


•Develop andmanage the IT budget.


•Monitor andcontrol expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.


•Identifycost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.

3) Service Management: Asset Classification andProtection & SLA:


•Handle ITCompliance of IT services like Siemens ASECO Process, Cyber Security Policies,Protection Concept .


•Overseethe selection, implementation, and management of service management tools likeSiemens ACP Tool.


•Ensureservice level agreements (SLAs) are defined, monitored, and met.


•Developand maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure service deliverymeets business needs.

4) IT Portfolio Management:


•Manage theIT project portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope,and within budget.


•Conductregular portfolio reviews and status updates.


•Prioritizeprojects based on business impact and strategic alignment.

5) Leadership & Team Management:


•Lead, mentor,and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals.


•Foster acollaborative and innovative work environment.


•Ensure teamadherence to best practices and standards.

6) Stakeholder Engagement:


•Act as aliaison between IT and business units to understand needs and expectations.


•Communicateeffectively with senior management and key stakeholders.


•Address andresolve any issues impacting service delivery.

Preferred Skills:


•Experience withservice management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).


•Familiarity withagile methodologies and DevOps practices.

•Provenexperience in IT service delivery and management.


•Strongunderstanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices.

•Demonstratedability to manage budgets and financial performance.


•Exceptionalleadership and team management abilities.


•Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
