Job Description:

Avo Automation is seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Designer to join our Education team. As a Visual Designer, you will collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design compelling learning artifacts. These artifacts encompass a wide range of materials, including technical documents, workbooks, virtual instructor-led training (vILT) presentations, e-Learnings, UI designs for Education & Community webpages as well as editing and creating learning & explainer videos.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Utilize a solid understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices to create visually stunning and effective learning materials.

§ Collaborate with Instructional designers & Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment with project objectives and learning goals.

§ Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.

§ Ability to design editable templates and corporate presentations in Microsoft word & Microsoft PowerPoint.

§ Actively participate in the development of e-Learning content using Articulate Storyline, with a keen interest in expanding knowledge in this area.

Requirements:

§ Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.

§ 4-7 years of relevant experience in visual design, preferably in the field of learning and development.

§ Portfolio demonstrating your design and motion design skills (Mandatory).

§ Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and intermediate knowledge of video editing.

§ Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows (e.G., generative design, image enhancement, content design automation) will be considered a strong plus.

§ Passion for learning and a strong interest in e-Learning development with Articulate Storyline.

§ Experience with SCORM standards and e-learning authoring tools is a plus.

§ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

§ Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on project ownership and delivery.

§ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
