Role & responsibilities
- We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer to design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas used across the HCM modules.
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula (Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, etc.)
- Proficient in writing complex conditional logic and calculations.
- Experience working in Oracle HCM implementations or support projects.
- Design and implement Fast Formulas for various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:
- Payroll Calculation Rules
- Absence Accruals and Plans
- Benefits Eligibility
- Compensation Rules
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing formulas.
- Utilize Formula Results, Formula Messages, and Formula Logging for debugging and audit tracing.
- Use database items (DBIs), context variables, and input values effectively in formula logic.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams during system implementations.
