This position sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer advocacy. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design and prioritize digital product roadmaps, streamline operational workflows, and ensure product delivery meets business and customer expectations. You’ll own the Agile team backlog, work closely with developers, designers, and other product stakeholders, and ensure continuous improvement through iteration planning and refinement. If you enjoy transforming complexity into meaningful product outcomes and thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, this role is for you.What You’ll Do:Build, maintain, and prioritize the Agile (Scrum/Sprint) team backlog with input from key stakeholdersWrite clear, concise user stories and requirements, including acceptance criteria and acceptance testsCollaborate with developers and architects to ensure timely, scalable technical deliveryReview and accept completed stories, ensuring they meet quality standards and production-readinessDrive backlog grooming and sprint planning to maintain 2 iterations of 'ready' user storiesCoordinate dependencies with other Product Owners during Program IncrementsRepresent the voice of the customer within the team and foster a customer-first cultureEnsure existing production defects are properly prioritized for resolutionSupport cross-functional teams in executing strategy and continuously improving delivery workflowsUse agile tools (e.G., Jira) to manage stories, track progress, and generate reportsWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.)5–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Lead in an Agile software environmentStrong background in Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and story mappingProven success translating business goals into prioritized user stories and featuresAbility to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, UX, and business stakeholdersExpertise in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboardsExcellent writing and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize user data to inform product decisionsWorking knowledge of digital product development lifecycle and delivery best practicesExperience in cross-team coordination and dependency managementA customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on product quality and performanceMust Have Skills:Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent experience, Jira, ability to balance technical constraints with business requirements, define user stories that achieve product vision and goals. Partners closely with engineers and testers as well as TPMs.
