🌍 We’re Hiring: Social Impact & Field Operations Manager (Delhi & Haryana)📍 Location: Delhi & Haryana (Field + Office Hybrid)🏢 Organization: Jaagruk Bharat💼 Type: Full-time💡 About Jaagruk BharatJaagruk Bharat is India’s most trusted digital helpdesk simplifying access to government schemes, benefits, and essential citizen services — through a multilingual WhatsApp-first platform.We are on a mission to empower citizens, especially workers, women, and rural families, to claim the benefits and rights they already deserve — bridging the awareness-to-action gap across India.🎯 Role OverviewWe’re looking for a passionate Social Impact & Field Operations Manager to lead community outreach and connect citizens in Delhi, NCR and Haryana to govt. welfare schemes like Ayushman Bharat, e-Shram, PM Kisan, Insurance & Pension Programs, and more.This is not a desk job — it’s a role for someone who enjoys working with people on the ground, organizing sessions, solving real-world challenges, and witnessing direct social impact every day.🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & MobilizationConduct awareness drives, micro-camps, and field visits in collaboration with local NGOs, panchayats, labour associations, and factory groups.Build relationships with target communities such as construction workers, delivery partners, women self-help groups, and daily wage earners.Educate citizens about government welfare schemes and help them complete applications and track benefitScheme Facilitation & SupportAssist beneficiaries with KYC, documentation, and registration for major schemes (Ayushman Bharat, e-Shram, PMSBY, PMJJBY, APY, etc.).Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing and timely completion of applications.Identify common issues faced by beneficiaries and suggest on-ground solutions or process improvements.Field PartnershipsIdentify and onboard local champions, VLEs, NGOs, and CSR partners in the region to scale outreach.Represent Jaagruk Bharat in community events, CSR programs, and local welfare initiatives.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain detailed records of outreach activities, beneficiaries reached, and completed enrolments.Capture impact stories, testimonials, and photographs for communication and CSR documentation.Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the regional manager.🧠Ideal Candidate ProfileGraduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development or related fields.2–5 years of experience in NGO, CSR, government outreach, or community mobilization roles.Fluent in Hindi (essential) and basic English (preferred).Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital tools.Strong interpersonal and communication skills — empathetic, proactive, and mission-driven.Based in or willing to travel across Delhi and Haryana regularly.💼 What You’ll GainBe part of a nation-building mission blending technology with grassroots social work.Opportunity to lead field programs for CSR and government partners.Exposure to both digital innovation and real-world impact delivery.Competitive salary + field travel allowance + performance-based incentives.“True change begins when awareness turns into action.Join us in making India more Jaagruk — one citizen, one WhatsApp at a time.”
