Lead Full Stack Developer (Node.js, React, MySQL) Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Experience: 6–7 years Industry: E-commerce / SaaS / Marketplace Platforms About the Role Xpandifi is hiring a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide a high-performing development team responsible for building integrations, optimizing backend systems, and delivering scalable, secure solutions for international sellers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive end-to-end full stack development, shape architecture, and contribute directly to product strategy. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of developers working on marketplace integrations and core platform modules • Design and develop robust, scalable full stack solutions using Node.js, React.js, and MySQL • Own the end-to-end delivery of features from planning and architecture to deployment and monitoring • Build and maintain integrations with major e-commerce marketplaces, payment gateways, and logistics systems • Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins • Oversee deployment and infrastructure management on Azure and AWS • Conduct code reviews, enforce clean coding practices, and ensure performance and security standards • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA to ensure feature usability and consistency • Implement and refine agile practices such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming • Contribute to system documentation, architecture diagrams, and developer onboarding materials Required Skills & Experience • 6–7 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer • Strong backend expertise with Node.js and Express.js • Solid frontend experience with React.js (Angular also acceptable) • Proficient in MySQL, including database design and query optimization • Experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines • Practical experience with Azure and AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, App Services) • Familiar with microservices architecture, Docker, and RESTful APIs • Background in e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or warehouse integrations • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and technical leadership • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Nice to Have • Experience with serverless architectures or Kubernetes • Familiarity with caching solutions (Redis) • Knowledge of DevSecOps or platform security best practices • Contributions to open-source or tech community Why Join Xpandifi You’ll be building the technology foundation for Xpandifi’s seller portal, a global system that connects marketplaces, logistics, and payments into one powerful platform.
