Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for Cement Dealers to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of specialized experience. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record within the cement dealership industry, adept in managing B2B sales strategies and effectively driving lubricant sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Advanced expertise in B2B sales strategy with a focus on cement dealers (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated experience in lubricant sales with a strategic approach to market penetration (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in managing relationships with cement dealers, enhancing sales, and building long-term partnerships (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with CRM software to effectively manage customer relationships and sales data.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain management to optimize inventory and logistics.
- Strong market analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and drive sales success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
