Search Engine Optimization Manager ( 5+ years)

About the Role:

- As the SEO Manager at Analytics Vidhya, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and driving organic growth through SEO strategies.

- Your primary focus will be on enhancing our website's search engine visibility, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Developing and implementing comprehensive technical SEO strategies to improve our website's rankings and organic traffic.

2) Collaborating closely with our development team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website's architecture, including optimizing site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.

3) Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, such as site breadcrumb structure, internal linking, robots txt, and XML sitemaps.

4) Analyzing website performance metrics and search console data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues affecting our SEO efforts.

5) Coordinating with content creators and developers to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, header tags, and schema markup.

6) Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continually refine our SEO strategy.

7) Monitoring and optimizing the website's Core Web Vitals and other technical SEO metrics to ensure optimal performance across all devices.

8) Boost organic traffic on other search engines like Bing, Safari, and LLMs like copilot, perplexity, etc.

Qualifications:

- Required: 5+ Years of SEO Experience.

- Required: Extensive technical SEO experience (JavaScript issue diagnosis, site speed optimization).

- Required: Experience working with CDNs.

- Experience with log file analysis and interpretation.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to diagnose and recommend fixes for SEO-related issues.

- Familiarity with server-side languages (PHP, Python, Node.js) and how they impact SEO.

- Experience with implementing and troubleshooting structured data / schema markup.

- Expertise in mobile SEO and accelerated mobile pages (AMP).

- Knowledge of international SEO practices and hreflang implementation.

- Experience with crawl budget optimization and XML sitemap management.

- Familiarity with SEO for JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and experience optimizing for these metrics.

- Knowledge of HTTP status codes and their impact on SEO.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their implementation for SEO purposes.

- Familiarity with relevant tools (SemRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends).
