Responsibilities•Thought leader on Cloud Data / Data Engg space with very good understanding of Data Ecosystem. Good knowledge of Snowflake/Databricks Ecosystem is a must• Involved in conducting Webinars or Seminars in the Data Engg space. Active Blogger, writer in the Data Value space.• Ability to interact with the CXO’s and convince them on the solution proposed.• Ability to consult clients on Data Blueprint, Roadmap exercise• Ability to interact with the Partner Ecosystem and work with their Sales Reps for leads• Ability to define and sharpen our Go-To-Market messaging and also work on Service Offerings / Solutions• Knowledge of Financial services / Healthcare domain is an added Plus• Responsible for development and implementation of the overall practice growth strategy• Establish next level teams to build Practice capabilities and competencies.• Responsible for business development, pre-sales and sales enablement with P&L responsibility of the practice• Responsible for incubating new technology practices & steering to hyper scale growth through partner ecosystem• Responsible for alliance partnerships with technology ISV / OEMs and grow partner ecosystem• Responsible for existing accounts growth, driving new business around Applications/ Data Engineering areas• Responsible for customer success and mentoring engineering teams within practices• Develop strong relationships with the cross-functional stakeholders throughout the company and are the point of contact for all data related queries.• Help Go-to- Marketing team in developing strategy around offerings for the Practice• Ability to build influential relationships and work in a cross-functional/matrixed environment
Exposure & understanding of following technical Skills will be preferred:• Data Prep / ETL: Snowflake Ecosystem, Databricks, Matillion, dbt, Alteryx etc• Database: Oracle, SQL Server etc• Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure
