We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to oversee the AR Caller team at 2COMS Group.

About the Role:

  • Review and document quality issues with AR Analysts/Callers, ensuring high standards of performance.
  • Develop process documentation and maintain our Quality Management System for ISO compliance.
  • Provide feedback and collaborate with the training team to offer remedial training.
  • Analyze reports from AR Analysts/AR Callers, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to MBW's information security guidelines and promote ethical behavior within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Quality Controller for AR with medical billing service providers.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in AR Calling/AR Analyst roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of medical billing processes and confident in their understanding.
  • Experience in end-to-end healthcare processes/AR calling audits is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges, with strong communication and typing skills.
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures is essential.
