The Senior MERN Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN technology stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.jsBuild and optimize RESTful APIs and microservicesWork closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver scalable solutionsWrite clean, maintainable, and testable codeEnsure application performance, security, and responsivenessMentor junior developers and contribute to code reviewsMust-Have SkillsStrong hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)ERP software KnowledgeProficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3Experience with Redux / State Management in ReactSolid backend expertise with Node.js & Express.jsDatabase design, queries, and performance tuning in MongoDBGood understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth)Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologyExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plusQualificationsProficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and other components of the MERN stackExperience in building RESTful APIs and working with backend frameworks like Express.jsStrong front-end development skills with expertise in React.js for building dynamic and responsive user interfacesComprehensive understanding of MongoDB for managing database operations and queriesStrong problem-solving, debugging, and optimisation abilitiesKnowledge of version control systems such as Git and modern development workflowsExcellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skillsExperience with cloud services and deployment pipelines is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
