Role Overview

We are seeking a slightly senior-level MERN Stack Developer with 2–3 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in MongoDB, , , , and a passion for developing high-quality, efficient, and scalable web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.

  • Lead and mentor junior developers when needed.

  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.

  • Keep up-to-date with modern web technologies and best practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of professional MERN Stack development experience.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, , ,

  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

  • Experience with Redux, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.

  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design).

  • Familiarity with Git and version control.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
